Finally make sense of what's happening in your body. Most women didn't learn much about menopause in school, and their moms didn't talk about it, so the symptoms arrive feeling random and alarming. In plain language, you'll understand what's actually happening in your body and why. You'll learn more about the change you're living through.
Learn lifestyle tips for sleep, energy & brain fog
Leave with steps you can start tonight. We cover practical ways to sleep more deeply, clear the brain fog that hijacks your focus, and raise your energy without overhauling your whole life. Small, manageable changes chosen because they fit into your real life.
Feel seen, heard & validated in community
Community changes everything. In connection, you stop feeling so alone with it all. In the workshop, you'll have a chance to journal then briefly share with the group. You'll get to hear from other women who get it, and you'll leave with the relief of feeling understood.
