What's changing in your sleep, why it matters, and how to reclaim restful nights by rebuilding patterns that support mood, cognition, and energy.
Week 4
Light, timing, and daily rhythms that support hormonal balance. Aligning your body's internal clock to stabilize energy, appetite, and mood.
Week 5
Integrating stress, sleep, and circadian rhythm strategies into a sustainable daily practice that feels doable, and not like just another thing on your to do list.
Week 6 — Final Session
Celebrating your wins, maintaining momentum, and mapping what's next. Includes Q&A and a look at the Ongoing Menopause Support Membership for continued community.
