Who this is for

This program is built for women who are ready for support that actually fits.

You may be managing a lot between symptoms, stress, caregiving, and work. This coaching meets you where you are.

This is for you if:

  • You are navigating perimenopause or menopause and want guidance that goes beyond managing symptoms.
  • You live with chronic pain, food sensitivities, or fatigue and need an approach that works with your body, not against it.
  • You have tried programs that felt too rigid or too fast, and they did not last.
  • Your own health keeps getting pushed to the bottom of the list.
  • You want consistent, personalized support from someone who will listen carefully and help you move forward at a sustainable pace.

How it works

A structured program that adapts to you.

Each phase builds on the last. You set the direction; I help you stay on track.

1
Weeks 1–4

Listen & Assess

We start by taking stock. In these early sessions, we explore your current health goals, symptoms, and daily patterns. You gain a clear picture of where you are and what matters most to address first.

2
Weeks 5–8

Act & Adjust

We put your plan into practice. Each session reviews what is and is not working, and we adjust accordingly. Small, consistent steps build real traction over time.

3
Weeks 9–12

Strengthen & Sustain

We focus on making your progress last. You leave this program with clear strategies, stronger self-awareness, and the confidence to keep moving forward independently.

What's included

Mindfulness & Grounding Practices

We integrate practical tools for managing stress and reconnecting with your body which are approaches grounded in nervous system and somatic research.

A Personalized Health Plan

Your plan is built with you, not handed to you. It evolves across all 12 sessions as we learn what genuinely works for your body and your schedule.

About Jen

A coach who listens first.

I am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach specializing in perimenopause, menopause and chronic pain.

Most of the women I work with have spent years putting their health last. They are capable, caring, and often exhausted. They want answers and a partner who will help them find a way forward that is practical, not prescriptive.

My approach is built on my lived experience, which is the foundation of my coaching practice. I use an evidence-informed mind / body / spirit approach that honors the wisdom each person carries within them, because I know firsthand what it feels like to find your way back to yourself.

I work alongside your existing medical care, not in place of it. The goal is for you to feel more confident, more informed, and more at ease in your own body.

Common questions

What you might be wondering

Is this the same as therapy or medical treatment?
No. Health coaching is its own distinct practice. I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. I work with you to support sustainable behavior change and improve your day-to-day wellbeing. Coaching complements your medical care.
Can I work with you if I already have a doctor or specialist?
Yes, and most of my clients do. Coaching is designed to work alongside your existing healthcare team. I can help you implement recommendations, track patterns, and stay consistent between appointments.
Do I need to be based in a specific location?
All sessions take place online, so you can join from anywhere. The optional grocery store tours or pantry makeovers are available in person in the Northampton, MA area.
I have tried other programs without lasting results. Why would this be different?
Because this program is built around you. We take your symptoms and your schedule into consideration, and you make changes at your own pace. We do not move on until a change feels genuinely sustainable. There is no one-size-fits-all plan here.
How do I know if this is the right fit?
That is exactly what the free discovery call is for. It is a 30-minute conversation where we talk through where you are, what you are looking for, and whether working together makes sense. There is no obligation to continue.
