You’re used to being the one others rely on. You listen, support, and show up fully in your work and your relationships. Somewhere along the way, your own needs may have become harder to hear, or easier to put off.
This is a space where your experience comes first.
The support available here is not about fixing you or pushing a rigid plan. It’s about listening closely to what your body is asking for, and supporting you as you respond in a way that feels steady and sustainable.
Many of the women I work with are navigating shifts in energy, sleep, mood, and focus. Hot flashes, brain fog, and chronic pain and tension can start to affect not just how you feel physically, but how you move through your day and relate to yourself and others.
Together, we slow things down enough to understand what’s happening beneath the surface.
We look at the full picture, including your nervous system, daily rhythms, nutrition, stress load, and the demands you’re holding. From there, we make small, meaningful adjustments that support your body rather than override it.
This work is collaborative and grounded. You won’t be given a long list of things to do. Instead, you’ll be supported in making self-directed changes that fit your life and that you can actually maintain.
Sessions are designed to feel focused and spacious at the same time. There is room for you to be heard, and there is also gentle structure to help you move forward.

I believe you are the expert on yourself, even if things feel confusing right now. Your inner wisdom is still there. Sometimes it just needs space, support, and the right questions to come back into focus.
Many of the women I work with are used to being the ones others rely on. They show up fully in their work and relationships, but often feel under-supported when it comes to their own health. This is especially true during perimenopause and menopause, when symptoms can be dismissed, misunderstood, or reduced to “just part of aging.”
You may have been told your labs are normal, while still dealing with poor sleep, brain fog, hot flashes, or ongoing fatigue. Over time, that gap between what you’re experiencing and the support you’re receiving can feel frustrating and isolating.
This is a space where you are listened to and taken seriously.
My role is not to fix you or hand you a rigid plan. It is to listen closely, help you make sense of what’s happening in your body, and support you in making changes that feel realistic and sustainable.
Our work together is collaborative and grounded. We focus on small, meaningful steps that build over time. You don’t need to overhaul your life to start feeling better.
Sessions are structured but not rushed. There is space for you to speak openly, and also gentle guidance to help you move forward. Together, we clarify how you want to feel in your body and what’s getting in the way, then take practical steps in that direction.
My approach draws from motivational interviewing, positive psychology, and a mind-body-spirit perspective. I am a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach with a B.S. in Biology and a background in public health, and I have been working with clients in both private and group settings since 2014.
In addition to menopause support, I work with women navigating complex and often under-recognized conditions, including chronic pain, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, long COVID, and food sensitivities.
There are a few ways to begin, depending on the level of support you’re looking for. You can start with a one-on-one coaching session for personalized guidance, join a group coaching call for connection and shared experience, or attend a workshop to learn more about what’s happening in your body and how to support it.
If you’re not sure where to start, that’s okay. Reaching out is a good first step, and we can figure it out together.
